【摘要】 采用盆栽试验,研究了打顶后喷施不同浓度IAA对烤烟叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)、转化酶(Inv)活性,根系活力及烟叶中钾和烟碱含量的影响。结果表明:打顶后喷施适宜浓度的IAA(20 mg/kg)可以增加烟叶NR活性,减缓烟叶Inv活性下降程度,有利于提高根系活力,增加烟叶钾含量,同时具有降低烟碱含量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different density of growth hormone(IAA) was sprayed over the flue-cured tobacco after topping using pot experiment.The effects of IAA on NR activity,Inv activity,root system vigor and potassium and nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco leaf were studied.Results indicated that suitable IAA density(20 mg/kg) increased NR activity of tobacco leaf,slowed down the Inv activity dropping,enhanced the root system vigor,increased tobacco potassium content of all flue-cured tobacco leaves,and at the same time reduced nicotine content.更多还原
