【Abstract】 Nutritious agar supplemented with 4% chicken serum was used as culture media.Suppressive effect of iron-chelator 2,2’-dipyridyl on pasteurella multocida strain C48-3 was studied in order to find an easy method to confirm the appropriate concentration of iron-chelator supplemented in a specific culture media to induce expression of cross-protective factor(CPF) by pasteurella multocida.The result indicated that with this method,an appropriate concentration of iron-chelator could be found out for specific culture media to induce expression of CPF.As for nutritious agar culture media supplemented with 4% chicken serum,the appropriate concentration of 2,2’-dipyridyl was 200 μmol/L.更多还原
