【摘要】 在进行绿茶规模化提取研究中,提取表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的同时还会夹杂大量色素等杂质,严重干扰了表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的分离纯化。采用醇提水沉、活性炭回流、活性炭超声波3种方法进行研究与比较,确定出最佳脱色除杂方法为活性炭回流法。通过正交试验,确定出活性炭回流脱色法的最佳工艺为:用占药材干重36%活性炭回流提取2次,每次30 min。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of large scale extracting research of epigallocatechin gallate,a large amount of the pigment was also extracted as impurities.A systematic research on the methods of the decolorization and the impurityelimination was carried out by adopting three methods respectively,which were extraction with ethanol and sedimentation with water,refluxing with activated carbon,ultrasonic treatment with activated carbon.The results showed that the best method was refluxing with activated carbon.By the orthogonal test,the optimum condition was confirmed that three refluxings with 36% activated carbon,refluxings for 20 minutes each time.更多还原
