【摘要】 在7、14、21、28日龄分别从同批次同舍相同饲养环境下饲养的AA肉仔鸡中随机抽出20只健康鸡只。先进行活体称重,再分别解剖,摘取其心脏、脾脏、法氏囊进行称重,研究不同周龄末肉仔鸡心脏、脾脏和法氏囊的生长发育规律及其与体重之间比例关系。结果表明:心脏、脾脏、法氏囊重量随着日龄和体重的增加呈现递增趋势;而其与体重的比值与日龄和体重的增加呈不规律的正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 20 healthy broilers with 7 day-age,14 day-age,21 day-age and 28 dayage were selected randomly from AA broilers which were fed in the same batch,housing and breeding environment,respectively.The heart,spleen and bursa of fabricius of broilers were weighed after aliveness weight and dissection.The proportion relation between the law of growth for heart,spleen,bursa of fabricius and weight were researched at the end of different weeks.The result showed that the weight increase of heart,spleen and bursa of fabricius were positive correlation along with days and weight increasing,but the ratio of heart,spleen and bursa of fabricius to weight were negative correlation along with day and weight increasing.更多还原
