【Abstract】 The modern biological technology based on the modern biology research results changed the animal in physiology-biochemistry response and the material metabolism process by using the creature specially designated function and through the modern biological technology design method and measure.With the unceasingly development of natural science,the relationship between biological technology and animal nutrition were more and more close.Animal nutritional technology was to research not only the poultry nutrients metabolism,but also the questions came up with the more and more utilization of modern molecular biological technology,which raised the feedstuff use efficiency and enhanced the economic efficiency.The biological technology already specifically applied to the feed processing,the feed additive production(enzyme preparation,monomer protein,restrictive amino acid,the element benefits living creatures and so on),the domestic animal breeding,the domestic animal reproduced and the animal husbandry production,which improved the environment quality,made the high quality,high production,and high efficiency of animal production.The progress in the modern biological technology in animal nutritional research was also discussed.更多还原
