【Abstract】 Telomerase activity is necessary in maintaining the termini of linear chromosomes.Tumorigenesis has intimate relationship with the structure of telomerase and telomere.The study on chTERT revealed the development of virus tumor such as Meric’s Disease Virus.In this text the research on the structure and function and the molecule characteristics of the chTERT gene and protein was reviewed to supply reference for deeper research of chTERT and the relationship with development of tumor.更多还原
