【摘要】 以滨州市县乡两级农业推广体系为研究对象,采用实地调研、问卷调查、资料查阅、定性与定量相结合的研究方法,对滨州市现行农业推广体系的不同层面进行了研究,得出如下结论:滨州市县乡两级农业推广体系在体制和机制等诸多方面与市场经济不适应,进而提出了改革与创新的具体措施,以期为滨州市乃至全国建立与市场经济相适应的县、乡农业推广体系提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regarding agricultural extension system of townships and counties in Binzhou city as the research object,the author studies the different aspects of the current agricultural extension system in Binzhou,synthetically adopting the methods of field investigation,questionnaire investigation,data collection and the qualitative and quantitative method,and draws the conclusion as follows: There are some unadaptabilities of system and mechanism between Agricultural extension system of townships and counties in Binzhou with market economy.Some specific approaches are proposed to reform and innovate the agricultural extension system.This study is expected to provide reference for setting up the agricultural extension system of townships and counties adapting to the market economy in Binzhou even the whole country.更多还原
