乌毛蕨的储藏保鲜试验
Primary Discussion on the Storage and Preservation of Blechnum Orientale
【摘要】 研究乌毛蕨的储藏保鲜条件,结果表明,乌毛蕨用100℃开水漂烫2~3 min后冷却,再用0.1%的柠檬酸加2.0%的食盐溶液瓶装;并用75℃开水封瓶,冷却后储藏能得到较好的储藏保鲜效果。
【Abstract】 Storage and preservation conditions of Blechnum orientale were discussed in the paper.Experiment shows that there was a satisfied preservation effect that some Blechnum orientale were steeped in boiled water for 2~3 minutes,and then steeped in solution 0.1% lemon acid and 2.0% table salt after cooled off,and sealed with 75 ℃ boiled water.
