固相萃取富集-高效液相色谱法测定土壤·水质中的莠去津

【摘要】 利用固相萃取富集-高效液相色谱法分析测定环境土壤、水体中三嗪类除草剂———莠去津(ATR)的含量。色谱柱为C18固相萃取柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40,体积比),流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长220 nm,桂温25℃。莠去津在0.1~5.0 mg/L(r=0.999 5)范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为86.1%,RSD为3.7%。该法操作简便、快速,回收率较好。

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatographic method with solid-phase extraction was used for the determination of atrazine in environmental soil and water.HPLC was carried out on C18 column at 25 ℃ based on the application of methanol-water(60∶40) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8(ml/min) and the detected wavelength was 220 nm.Good linearity of atrazine was obtained over the ranges of 0.1~5.0 mg/L(r=0.995 5).The average recovery rate of atrazine was 86.1%(RSD3.7%).This method was simple,quick,and the recovery rate was better.
