【Abstract】 "Purpose Neutrality"is a value proposal arousing disputes.Its connotation is that the country remains neutral towards "good life notion",which leads to multivariate neutrality including world outlook neutrality,system neutrality and morality neutrality.Positively,"Purpose neutrality" is good for the protection of fair competition,cultivation of citizens’ rationality,expansion of political identification;negatively,it fosters liberalization,individualism and morality lack.In fact,to discuss "neutrality" in an abstract way is of no practical significance.Within which range neutrality is to be remained rests on the practice process and its effect.更多还原
