【摘要】 目前,学生在校园发生人身伤害事故逐渐增多,已经引起社会的广泛关注。本文通过对校园事故的界定,剖析了学校与学生之间法律性质,认为学校与学生之间是一种是教育、管理和保护关系;学校作为教育管理者,对在校未成年学生的生命健康安全负有监督和管理的责任。学校应该正确认识和面对校园事故,建立相应的责任制度,尽量避免和减少校园事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,the personal injury accidents in campus are increasing.The definition of injury accidents,and the juristic relationship between pupil and school are discussed in this paper,and the latter is considered as education,management and protection.On be half of the manager,school has the obligations of supervision on pupil’s life.School is suggested to face and deal with injury accidents correctly,and relevant responsible system should be built to avoid or reduce the occurrence of injury accident in campus.更多还原
