【摘要】 安徽省是矿产资源大省,矿产储量大,矿种多,矿业可持续发展是社会经济快速健康发展的重要基础.长期以来,社会经济快速发展导致矿产资源开发利用的日益增长,同时也导致了矿区环境污染和采空塌陷、土地占用、水土流失、崩塌滑坡、景观影响等生态破坏,安徽省矿山生态环境问题十分突出,已成为区域经济可持续发展的制约因素.笔者分析了安徽省矿山生态破坏的现状,指出了存在的问题,从建设生态安徽的角度,提出了安徽省不同矿山的生态恢复与建设措施和方案,并从生态环境管理的角度提出了矿山生态监管的要求和建立生态补偿机制的可行性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Anhui is a province rich in mineral resources.There are many mines within the province.The sustainable development of mining has become the importance base of economy rapid and healthy development.With the rapid development of economy,the excavation and utilization of mineral resources are increasing.As a result,environmental pollution in mines and mining sink,ground occupation,water and soil losing,sighting influence and so on come forth. Ecological and environmental problems in mine area become more and more serious,and even limit the sustainable development of the province.This paper analyzes the current situation of ecological destruction of mine areas and discusses major problems and their reasons.Measures and suggestions for ecological recovery and construction in mine areas are proposed,and from eco-environment managing,the request of ecological managing in mines and building up of ecological compensation are put forward too.更多还原
