【摘要】 在野外采集小哺乳动物时,由于采集的动物数量多,难以及时将所采集的新鲜标本制作成研究标本,同时又保存DNA遗传分析用组织样品.一种简单易行的方法是将标本用酒精临时保存,然后再制作成研究标本.该方法是将野外采集的标本称量和测量,解剖后去除内脏,并将硫酸纸标签塞入口腔内,置于盛有无水酒精的防漏塑料壶内,脱水固定,回到实验室后保存部分遗传分析的组织样品,然后再将标本软化,制作成研究标本.更多还原

【Abstract】 Since it is difficult to make a large collect of specimens of small mammals in field on the spot,and keep their tissues for follow-up DNA analysis at the same time,it is simple and feasible to hold the collected mammals temporarily in alcohol for making stuffing specimens in laboratory.The procedure is: after weighting and measuring the trapped mammals,opening their abdomens and removing the viscera,putting a label with serial number into their deep months,then dipping them into a plastic kettle with alcohol for dehydration,when coming back to lab,some tissues were kept in alcohol for DNA analysis,then making stuffing specimens.更多还原
