APEP型乳化剂在农药纳米胶囊制备中的应用研究
Applied research of APEP-type polymerizable emulsifier in the preparation of pesticide nanocapsule
【摘要】 研究APEP型可聚合乳化剂在微乳液聚合法制备农药纳米胶囊中的应用.结果表明,与传统乳化剂相比,APEP型可聚合乳化剂有较低的临界胶束浓度,而且结构中含有双键,可以参加聚合使微乳液更加稳定.讨论了APEP型可聚合乳化剂的浓度对纳米胶囊的影响,当其浓度为7.19%时,平均粒径较小,约为288.5nm.
【Abstract】 In this paper pesticide nanocapsule was prepared with APEP-type polymerizable emulsifier.Compared with traditional emulsifier,the low Critical Micelle Concentration(CMC) of APEP and the polymerizable double bonds in its configuration can enhance the stability of microemulsion system.The influence of emulsifier content on nanocapsules were studied.A perfect nanocapsule with average diameter of 288.5nm can be obtained when the polymerizable emulsifier content is 7.19%.
