草酸钙结晶抑制作用的动力学研究
The kinetic study on restraining the growth of calcium oxalate crystal
【摘要】 利用钙离子选择性电极、甘汞电极和pH计跟踪测试钙离子浓度的方法,从动力学角度分析了抑制剂(镁离子、赖氨酸等)对草酸钙结晶生长的影响.结果表明:在生理盐水体系中,镁离子、赖氨酸和醋酸对草酸钙的结晶生长起抑制作用,相比较而言,醋酸对草酸钙结晶生长的抑制作用比镁离子或赖氨酸都强,而镁离子对草酸钙结晶生长的抑制作用和赖氨酸相差不大,镁离子和赖氨酸共同作用的抑制效果最强.
【Abstract】 The influence of inhibitor(Mg2+ ion,L-lysine etc)on the nucleation of calcium oxalate crystal was investigated.In our experiment,Ca2+ ion concentration was monitored by Calcium Ion-selective Electrode,Saturated Calomel Electrode and Acidimeter.The result showed that the nucleation of calcium oxalate crystal was restrained by the addition of Mg2+ ion,L-lysine and acetum.The inhibiting effect of acetum on the nucleation of calcium oxalate was better than that of Mg2+ or L-lysine,and the inhibiting influence of Mg2+/L-lysine system was the strongest.
