【Abstract】 The article analyzes SIP protocol and its calling-control characteristic,discusses the video conference system based on SIP,synthetically using the computer network technology,image acquisition and processing technologies,real-time image voice transmission technology,database technology and medicine expert system,we propose an implementation of the telemedicine consultation system based on SIP-video-conference,and discuss the structure of the system model and the realization of basic operation for the telemedicine consultation.更多还原
