快走丝线切割加工中断丝原因及预防处理
The Malfunction Diagnosis of and Solution to Thread Break in Electrospaking
【摘要】 针对快走丝线切割加工中出现的断丝问题,在分析断丝的各种原因基础上给出行之有效的预防处理措施。
【Abstract】 On the basis of investigating the thread break during electrospaking, this paper puts forward all kinds of reasons for the thread break. To be dead against this malfunction, respective preventing and managing measures are presented in this paper.
