【摘要】 实验教学管理体制的改变导致了对实验教学队伍结构要求和层次要求的极大变化,它对实验教学队伍中的各要素的专业水平和管理水平提出了更高的要求。实行定编定岗,逐渐消除实验技术系列职称,构建一支流动型的稳定的高素质实验技术队伍,全面提高实验技术岗位水平;实行以专职实验教师队伍建设为核心,构建实验教学基本面;实行高标准选拔、要求兼职实验教师,积极吸纳硕导、博导参与实验教学,大力提升实验教学水平。经过中心几年的努力,整个实验教学队伍建设取得了良好的效果,积累了一定的经验。更多还原
