不锈钢纤维填充ABS的制备与性能研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF STAINLESS-STEEL-FIBER FILLED ABS
【摘要】 制备了不锈钢纤维(SSF)填充(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)导电工程塑料,研究了材料的屏蔽效能、网络结构、物理力学性能及加工性能。结果表明,SSF长径比和接触面积越大,搭接与分散越好,可获得越高的导电性能和屏蔽效能。随着SSF添加量的增加,材料的屏蔽效能显著提高,但其加工性能及冲击强度降低。
【Abstract】 Stainless-steel-fiber filled ABS (ABS/SSF) conductive plastics is prepared. The shielding effectiveness (SE), network structure, mechanical properties and processing properties of the conductive plastics are studied. The results show that the larger slenderness ratio and contact area of SSF, the more uniformly SS joins and disperses, and the conductive plastics can get higher conductivity and interference shielding. The interference shielding increases markedly while the processing and impact strength decrease with the increasing of SSF content.
