复杂曲面船用螺旋桨铸造工艺三维参数化设计
Complicate Surface of Propeller Using by Ship and It’s Casting Process’ 3D Parameterized Designing
【摘要】 以三维机械设计软件MDT为基础,基于MDT提供的API库函数和NURBS曲面造型方法,采用Visual Basic编程,开发出了螺旋桨及其铸造工艺的三维参数化设计软件系统,该系统可以迅捷地生成不同参数条件下螺旋桨的三维机械模型和铸造模型,显著提高螺旋桨及其铸造工艺的设计效率,并为螺旋桨的CAE、CAM提供基础的三维CAD模型。
【Abstract】 Based on the 3D mechanical designing software MDT,this paper develops a set of 3D parameterized designing software system of propeller.Using API and NURBS method,taking Visual Basic as programming language,it realizes the propeller’s mechanical model and foundry model’s automatically design.By using this system,kinds of propeller’s models with different parameters can be gained rapidly.This system promotes the designing efficiency of propeller’s model,and provides a basic CAD model for propeller’s CAE,CAM.As the model gained by this system is CAD form,it can be transformed to many other forms flexibly according to the need of the client,and it expedites the integration of CAD/CAE/CAM.
