【Abstract】 Foundry technologies of the large-scale worm gear case formed by using lots of cores in impression and appearance are designed by analysis of casting structural characteristics.The improving and perfecting of cores containing the ingredient of sodium silicate bonded sand,assemble and support,the craft parameter are completed.Finally,the worm gear case casting whose contour tolerance,quality can meet the requests is made successfully.更多还原
