【摘要】 介绍了树脂旧砂热法再生的原理及沸腾式树脂旧砂热法再生装置,研究发现,热再生砂和同种新砂相比,角形系数、发气性和受热膨胀性降低,粒形更趋圆整,砂子的集中度、型砂的抗拉强度提高,铸造工艺性能优于同种新砂。

【Abstract】 It was introduced that the principle of the thermal reclamation for used resin bonded sands and fluidized bed reclamation equipment. It is founded by studying that the index of sands shape, gas evolution, thermal expansibility are lower, the degree of collecting, tensile strength are higher and the grain shape is more round of reclamation molding sand then those of new sands. Foundry process properties of the thermal reclamation sands are better than that of the same kind new sands.
