球化剂含镁量对镁吸收率的影响

【摘要】 介绍了球化剂中球化元素的性质及它们对球墨铸铁性能的影响,针对镁对石墨球化效果影响机理进行了分析。试验生产中采用盖包法球化处理,分别采用低镁球化剂FeSiMg6RE2和常规球化剂FeSiMg8RE3进行对比试验,其中FeSiMg6RE2成分:6.2%Mg、2.7%RE、39.5%Si、2.50%Ca、2.3%Ba、0.09%Bi。铸态下获得高韧性球铁QT450-22,σb452.3 ̄467.9MPa,δ22.2% ̄26.0%。使镁的吸收率由常规球化剂的39.55%提高到61.92%。

【Abstract】 Characters of spheroidzing elements in nodulizer and their effect on ductile iron performance are introduced in the paper. The character of Mg and the mechanism of its effect on graphite globuling are especially analyzed. Tundish-cover spheroidisation process is adopted in trial-manufacture. Nodulizer FeSiMg6RE2 of low Mg and FeSiMg8RE3 in normal use are experimentalized in the competitive text. The component of FeSiMg6RE2 is as follows, 6.2%Mg, 2.7% RE, 39.5%Si, 2.50%Ca, 2.3%Ba, 0.09%Bi. As a result ductile iron of high tenacity QT450-22 is obtained in casting condition, the mechanical property is as follows, σb452.3~467.9 MPa, δ22.2%~26.0%. The absorptivity of Mg is improved to 61.92% from 39.55% of normal Nodulizer.
