半固态金属成形件的组织和性能研究进展
Research and Development of Microstructures and Properties About Components Produced by Semi-solid Metal Forming
【摘要】 简要论述了半固态成形工艺参数对合金凝固组织的影响规律,指出合理控制各工艺参数是获取高性能半固态成形件的关键;重点综述了半固态金属成形件性能研究领域的最新进展;最后针对目前性能研究中存在的问题,展望了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 The effect of semi-solid forming process parameters on solidified microstructure of alloy was discussed briefly,pointing out that proper controlling every process parameter is very critical to get high-performance components.The recent development of the investigation into properties about components produced by semi-solid metal forming was introduced.At last,considering the existent problems in the current research,the direction of the future study was reviewed.
