【Abstract】 Springback of green sand caused by the continuous development of highly compacted molding methods and technique is one of the important factors which effects the quality and accuracy of casting. There are many factors such as compacted rate, content of bentonite and pressure of sand which affect the green sand’s springback. The changes of these factors have influences on the springback. This article investigated the constitutional relationship for springback of green sand concerning these factors. It presents mechanical basis for recognizing the law of green sand’s springback and improving the precision of casting.更多还原
