型砂回弹本构关系研究

【摘要】 高紧实度造型技术和方法不断发展,型砂回弹是制约铸件精度和质量的重要因素。研究了影响型砂回弹的因素,如型砂紧实率、膨润土含量和压实比压等,这些参数的变化对型砂回弹产生重要影响;导出了型砂回弹关于各个参数的应力-应变关系式,为进一步认识型砂回弹规律和提高铸件精度提供了力学依据。

【Abstract】 Springback of green sand caused by the continuous development of highly compacted molding methods and technique is one of the important factors which effects the quality and accuracy of casting. There are many factors such as compacted rate, content of bentonite and pressure of sand which affect the green sand’s springback. The changes of these factors have influences on the springback. This article investigated the constitutional relationship for springback of green sand concerning these factors. It presents mechanical basis for recognizing the law of green sand’s springback and improving the precision of casting.
