半固态镁合金铸轧试验研究

【摘要】 自行研究开发了一套半固态铸轧试验设备,利用该设备可以获得半固态浆料,并进行半固态铸轧成形。试验研究了AZ91D镁合金半固态铸轧成形过程,观察了样品的微观组织形貌。结果表明,镁合金半固态铸轧可以改善镁合金高温铸造的安全防护和镁合金变形困难需要较大变形力的现状。

【Abstract】 A semi-solid casting and rolling experimental apparatus, which can be used to obtain semi-solid materials and form through semi-solid casting and rolling, have been developed. The semi-solid casting and rolling forming processes of AZ91D magnesium alloys were studied by using of tests, and observed the microstructures and morphologies of samples. The results showed that the semi-solid casting and rolling technologies of magnesium alloys could be applied to improve the safe protection level during high temperature casting processes of magnesium alloys and change the present situation of bigger deformation force being needed during deformation processes of magnesium alloys.
