【摘要】 目的探讨表面麻醉下双切口超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶体植入联合青光眼小梁切除术治疗青光眼并发白内障的疗效。方法回顾性分析26例进行表面麻醉下双切口超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶体植入联合青光眼小梁切除术治疗的慢性闭角型青光眼并发白内障的患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均能在表麻下接受手术治疗,术后随访6个月,患者术后较术前平均视力显著提高(P<0.001),眼压由术前平均(30.6±5.3)mmHg降至术后(14.2±4.1)mmHg(P<0.001),功能性滤过泡者24例,占92.3%,术中术后均无严重并发症。结论表面麻醉下双切口超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶体植入联合青光眼小梁切除术是治疗青光眼合并白内障的一种安全、有效、经济的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was designed to evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification, intraocular foldable lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy through two incision using topical ana- esthesia in patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma coexisting cataract. Methods This retrospective study included 26 consecutive patients who underwent phacoemulsification, intraocular foldable lens im- plantation combined with trabeculectomy through two incision using topical anaesthesia. Results All pa- tients underwent operations successfully using topical anaesthesia. The mean follow up time was 6 months. Postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved (P<0.001). Postoperative IOP was significantly lower than preoperation (14.2 ± 4.1)mmHg, ( 30.6 ± 5.3)mmHg, respectively, P<0.001. The filtering blebs of type I and type II (functional) by Kronfeld’s classfication presented in 24 eyes (92.3%). There were no serious opera- tive complications and postoperative complications. Conclusions This operative technique is a safe, effective and economic treatment for patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma coexisting cataract.更多还原
