【摘要】 目的探讨具有前房角狭窄的患者白内障摘除术后的前房角改变及其眼压的变化。方法在具有前房角狭窄的35眼白内障患者中,术前及术后均用前房角镜检查前房角,记录镜象,并测量和记录眼压。结果术后W(wide-angle)25眼,其中4/4周W18眼,3/4周W7眼,N(narrow-angle)I～NⅡ10眼,与术前相比有显著差异(x2=68.00,P<0.001);术前入口<10°者25眼,≥10°～≤20°者10眼,术后>200者35眼,与术前相比有显著差异(x2=70.00,P<0.001);小梁色素1级15眼,占42.9%;术前眼压16mmHg～20mmHg28眼,术后为8眼,与术前相比有显著差异(x2=6.123,P<0.05)。结论具有窄房角的白内障患者,晶状体摘除术后的前房角重新开放,可有效的降低眼压,对防止因房角关闭引起的青光眼有预防和治疗的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the change of anterior chamber angle and intraocular pressure(IOP) on the patientes with narrow antenior chamber angle after extraction of cataract. Methods Gonioscopy performed on 35 eyes with narrow anterior chamber angle and cataract was studied. The mirror-image and IOP were evaluated preoperatively and postoperatively. Results 25 eyes were wide-angle(W) postoperatively, including 18 eyes W 4/4 circle,7eyes W 3/4 circle,10 eyes were N(narrow-angle) I ~N II.The differences (x2=68.00,P<0.001) betneen preopration and posoperation are remarkable. The portals of 25 eyes were smaller than 10° and the portals of 10 eyes were between 10°and 20°preoperatively, portals of 35 eyes were bigger than 20° postoperatively and had significant differences compared with before-operation.(x2=70.00,P<0.001). 15 eyes with trabecular pigment were degree I(42.9%).The number of eyes whose IOP between 16mmHg and 20mmHg decreased from 28 preoperatively to 8 postoperatively(x2=6.123,P<0.05). Conclusion Extraction of lens perfermed on xasses with the narrow anterion chamber angle and cataract can be a good way not only in reducing IOP but also in preventing and treating angle-closure glaucoma.更多还原
