盘类铸件振动时效工艺参数的设计方法研究
Studies on the Design Method of Vibratory Stress Relief Parameters For Circle Plate Casting
【摘要】 依据振动时效机理,应用模态分析技术,提出一种盘类铸件振动时效工艺参数优化设计的新方法.结果表明,为了获得与铸件残余应力相一致的动应力,提高振动时效技术效果,应依据铸件的固有振型和铸件的残余应力分布特点设计铸件的振动时效工艺参数.当残余应力以径向分布为主时,应采用鼓型振型;而残余应力以周向分布为主时,应采用鞍型振型.
【Abstract】 In this paper,we analyze the mechanism of VSR.The new method of the re-engineering VSR parameters of circle plate casting is figured out based on the modal Analysis technology.We have done a series of experiments on the circle plate casting.Therefor the result illustrates that the VSR parameters should be designed based on the vibratory modal and distribution of residual stress of the casting.The drum shape and saddle shape should be chosen respectively when the residual stress is distributed by radical direction or by round direction.
