【摘要】 通过文献研究及临床实践总结,认为阳气虚损在糖尿病发病过程中起重要作用。阳气易虚,阳虚致消;枢机不利,阳气失用。提出阳虚枢机不利为糖尿病及其并发症的基本病机,并贯穿于糖尿病之始终。临床治疗糖尿病不能拘泥于养阴清热之陈规,当以温补脾肾之阳(气)、和畅枢机为基本大法,视病情或单用或合用,灵活变通,有的放矢。在治疗过程中要以顾护患者的阳气为要,方能达到“治病必求于本”之目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on study of literature and summarization of clinical practice,it is considered that Yang-qi deficiency plays an important role in attack of diabetes.Yang-qi easily becomes deficiency,Yang-deficiency inducing diabetes;dysfunction of the Pivot leading to dysfunction of Yang-qi.It is put forward that Yang-deficiency and dysfunction of the Pivot are basic pathogenesis of diabetes and complications throughout diabetes.Clinical treatment of diabetes should not be limited in nourishing Yin and clearing away heat,and should adopt warming and reinforcing Yang of the spleen and kidney,regulating the function of the Pivot,with single application or combined application according to patient’s condition.更多还原
