调神益肾针法对更年期大鼠卵巢、肾上腺皮质中3β-羟类固醇脱氢酶的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究调神益肾针法对更年期大鼠卵巢、肾上腺中3β-羟类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSDH)的影响。方法:建立自然的更年期大鼠模型,实验动物包括青年组、更年组、针刺组,采用细胞酶化学技术,辅以计算机图像分析,观测卵巢、肾上腺中阳性物质总面积、积分光度值。结果:更年组大鼠卵巢窦状卵泡及成熟黄体细胞中3β-HSDH含量或活性明显降低,间质腺及肾上腺皮质束状带、网状带细胞中该酶的含量或活性仍维持正常。经针刺干预后,上述部位该酶的含量或活性均有显著提高。结论调神益肾针法能增加卵巢、肾上腺中雌激素合成关键酶的含量或活性,这可能是针刺提升体内雌激素水平的物质基础之一。

【Abstract】 Objectvie:To study the effect of needling method for regulating mentality and tonifying the kidney on 3β-Hydroxysteroid dehyrogenase(3β-HSDH) in the ovary and adrenal gland of climacteric rats.Methods:Climacteric model rats were made naturally.The experimental animals included young group,climacteric group,needling group.Cytozymochemical technique aided with computerized image processing was adopted to determine total areas and integrated optical density of positive substances in the ovary and adrenal gland.Results:In climacteric group,the content or activity of 3β-HSDH in cells of the antral follicle and the mature corpus luteum of ovary were lowered significantly, and that of 3β-HSDH in cells of the interstitial gland of ovary and cells of the zona fasciculata and zona reticularis of adrenal gland remained normal.After acupuncture,the content or activity of 3β-HSDH in those regions were increased significantly.Conclusion:The needling method for regulating mentality and tonifying the kidney can enhance the content or activity of the key enzyme for synthesis of estrogen in the ovary and adrenal gland,which is one of the bases for acupuncture increasing estrogen level in the body.
