【摘要】 目的:验证脑动脉硬化症中医辨证计量诊断判别函数式的可重复性。方法:对23例脑动脉硬化症患者进行了双盲前瞻性检验,将前瞻检验结果与脑动脉硬化症中医辨证计量诊断判别函数式诊断结果进行对比评价。结果:该函数式的诊断效能有比较好的可重复性,其灵敏度、特异度、误诊率和漏诊率都处于相似水平(P>0.05)。结论:该函数式具有一定的推广使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectibe:To validate the repeatability of discriminant function formula(DFF) on TCM syndrome of metrodiagnosis on cerebral arteriosclerosis(CAS).Method:Randomized double blind prospective study containing 23 cases of CAS was proceeded in neurological department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of TCM.Matching evaluation was made between the results of prospective study and DFF metrodiagnosis study.Result:The equations had strong repeatability.The sensitivity,specificity,mistake diagnostic rate,omission diagnostic rate between gold diagnosis and the diagnosis of DFF were similar (P> 0.05 ).Conclution:The equations have certain extensive and useable worth.更多还原
