【摘要】 目的观察益心降压胶囊对原发性高血压左室肥厚患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将93例患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组31例,两组均口服依那普利,治疗组加服益心降压胶囊。结果治疗前两组患者较健康组空腹血清胰岛素(FSI)、TNF-α显著升高,胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)显著降低;治疗后治疗组患者FSI、TNF-α、空腹血糖(FBG)显著降低,ISI显著升高,对照组ISI显著升高,TNF-α显著降低,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;两组治疗前FSI与TNF-α均呈显著正相关。结论原发性高血压左室肥厚患者FSI、TNF-α明显升高,ISI明显降低;FSI和TNF-α相互影响,参与高血压的发生发展。益心降压胶囊具有较好的改善IR和降低TNF-α作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effects of Yixin Jiangya Capsules on insulin-resistance(IR) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the patient of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:Ninety-three cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=62) and a control group(n=31).All the patients were treated with oral administration of Enalapril and Yixin Jiangya Capsules was added in the treatment group.Results:Fast serum insulin(FSI) and TNF-α significantly increased,but insulin sensitive index(ISI) significantly decreased in both groups before treatment as compared with the healthy group.After treatment,FSI,TNF-α and fast blood glucose(FBG) significantly decreased,and ISI significantly increased in both groups,but the therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to the control group.FSI before treatment was positively correlated with TNF-α in both groups.Conclusion:In the patient of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy,FSI and TNF-α significantly increase and ISI significantly decreases.FSI and TNF-α influence each other,which are involved in generation and development of hypertension.Yixin Jiangya Capsules has function of improving IR and decreasing TNF-α.更多还原
