【摘要】 目的:观察益气养阴解毒方对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及免疫功能的影响。方法:51例NSCLC患者,随机分为中药组、化疗组和化疗+中药组,观察各组疗效以及临床证候、体力状况、免疫指标、血清VEGF变化情况。结果:中药组和化疗+中药组治疗后肿瘤稳定率均高于化疗组,但差异无显著性,临床症状、体力状况改善均明显优于化疗组(均P<0.05)。中药+化疗组能明显提高白细胞介素2水平,下调可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2)水平(均P<0.01),且疗效明显优于化疗组(P<0.05);中药组能显著提高T细胞总数,下调sIL-2水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。中药+化疗组治疗后血清VEGF水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴解毒方治疗NSCLC,有缩小稳定瘤灶,提高免疫功能和生存质量,降低血清VEGF水平的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Immunologic function in the patient of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Fifty-one cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into a Chinese medicine group,a chemotherapy group and a chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group.The therapeutic effect and changes of clinical symptoms,physical strength,immunologic indexes and serum VEGF before and after treatment were investigated in all groups.Results:Tumor stable rate in Chinese medicine group and chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group after treatment was higher than that in chemotherapy group with no significant difference,but improvement of clinical symptoms and physical strength in Chinese medicine group and chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group after treatment was significantly superior to that in chemotherapy group(both P<0.05).Interleukin-2(IL-2) level was significantly increased,and soluble IL-2 receptor(sIL-2R) were down-regulated(both P<0.01) in Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group,and the therapeutic effect was significantly higher than that of the chemotherapy group(P<0.05); The total T-cell count was significantly increased and the sIL-2 level was down-regulated in Chinese medicine group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Serum VEGF level significantly decreased after treatment in the Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang has functions of reducing and stabilizing the tumor focus,increasing immunologic function and quality of life,and decreasing VEGF level for the patient of NSCLC.更多还原
