【摘要】 目的:探讨胃康胶囊对消化性溃疡的治疗作用及机理。方法:将106例确诊为幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予胃康胶囊,对照组给予雷尼替丁、丽珠得乐胶囊(CBS)、阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗。观察两组临床症状、幽门螺杆菌根除率、胃黏膜血流量、镜下溃疡面愈合等情况的变化。结果:治疗组56例,临床总有效率为96.4%,幽门螺杆菌根除率为82.1%,镜下溃疡面愈合率为85.71%;对照组50例,临床总有效率为98.0%,幽门螺杆菌根除率为84.0%,镜下溃疡面愈合率为88.00%。两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:胃康胶囊对消化性溃疡有显著的治疗作用,其促进溃疡修复的机理可能与杀灭幽门螺杆菌、改善局部胃肠黏膜微循环,调节机体免疫机能等有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into therapeutic actions and mechanisms of Weikang Capsules in treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:106 cases of Pyloric Helicobactorium(Hp)-related peptic ulcer were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=56) and a control group(n=50).The treatment group were treated with Weikang Capsules and the control group with Ranitidine,Lizhu Dele Capsules(CBS),Amoxicillin and Metrozine.Clinical symptoms,Hp eradication rate,blood flow volume of gastric mucosa,and the ulcer healing rate under microscope were investigated.Results:The clinical total effective rate,Hp eradication rate and ulcer healing rate was 96.4%,82.1% and 85.71% in the treatment group,and 98.0%,84.0% and 88.00% in the control group respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Weikang Capsules have obvious therapeutic action on peptic ulcer,and the mechanism of promoting restoration of ulcer is possibly related with killing Hp,improving microcirculation of local mucosa,and regulating immunologic function of the organism.更多还原
