【摘要】 目的观察二仙汤及其温肾、滋阴、调理冲任3个拆方组对原代培养的雌性大鼠卵泡颗粒细胞分泌功能的作用。方法运用直接加药法观察二仙汤及其温肾、滋阴、调理冲任3个拆方组、6个单味药以及温肾药淫羊藿、仙茅的主要成分淫羊藿苷和仙茅苷对原代培养卵泡颗粒细胞分泌雌二醇（E₂）的作用。结果二仙汤及其拆方能一定程度促进颗粒细胞分泌E₂,作用以温肾组为好（P＜0．05）；各单味中药均有促进颗粒细胞分泌E₂的作用,其中以温肾药仙茅、巴戟天、淫羊藿和当归作用强（P＜0．01）。结论二仙汤调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的作用可能与其促进卵泡颗粒细胞分泌E₂有关,温肾组拆方对促进卵泡颗粒细胞分泌E₂的作用较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Er Xian Decoction（EXD）and its three subdivisions“wanning Shen”,“nourshing Yin”and“adjusting Chong and Ren”in regulating the level of estradiol（E₂）on the primary cultured granulosa cells.Methods Effect of EXD and its three subdivisions,also part of the effective com- ponents of this formula,icariin and curculigoside,on level of E₂ were carried out using primary cultural granulose cell as the experimental model.Result EXD and its three subdivisions could stimulate the secretion of E₂,espe- cially the“warming Shen”group（P＜0.05）.All the composing of Chinese herbs of this formula could promote the level of E₂ in different degree,and the Rhizoma Curculiginis,Radix Moromade Officinalis,and Herba Epimedii have the best effects（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The regulation of EXD on the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad（HPG）axis may be related to promoting the secreting of E₂ at the site of granulosa cell.The“warming Shen”subdivision has the better effect in promoting the secretion of E₂.更多还原
