【摘要】 该文介绍了纸机轴承振动监测与诊断的原理、方法,针对纸机滚动轴承初步开发了纸机轴承振动分析与诊断系统,该分析系统基于图形化编程语言Labview编写,能对轴承振动的时域波形进行在线监测,对异常振动进行报警提示,并对故障信号进行时、频域分析,能精确定位故障源。该系统有助于纸机实现状态维修。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was introduced that the mechanism of the vibration of the paper machine axletree in this paper, and the development of diagnosis system for the vibration trouble in accordance with the paper machine rolling axletree. This analysis system was base on Labview language of figurization , which was able to perform real time control of time area and under of axletree vibration and to give alarm of abnormal vibration and to make analysis of time and frequency and to precisely make position of trouble source.
