Eu(III)-TMA体系的荧光增强及其在水稻代谢中的应用研究

【摘要】 在溶液的pH为6.0,均苯三甲酸(TMA)的浓度为2.0×10-4mol.L-1时,Eu3+-TMA体系可使Eu3+的荧光强度增大三个多数量级.光学惰性稀土La3+与Lu3+,在浓度分别为2.0×10-4mol.L-1、1.5×10-4mol.L-1时,可使Eu3+-TMA体系荧光强度分别增大178.1与91.3倍.体系中Eu3+的浓度在4.7×10-8~2.3×10-5mol.L-1的浓度范围内与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系,Eu3+的检出限达到了1.0×10-8mol.L-1.用此优化发光体系研究铕(III)在水稻不同生育期被水稻吸收后的分布定位情况.结果表明:铕(III)进入水稻后与水稻各部位的结合不是随机的,主要是在分蘖期与水稻的叶片结合.为稀土元素在水稻中的代谢研究提供了一种可借鉴的方法与研究手段.

【Abstract】 The fluorescence of europium(III) was enhanced by about three orders of magnitude in the presence of 2.0 10-4mol·L-1TMA(trimesic acid) in aqueous solution at pH 6.The fluorescence intensity could be greatly increased when the system of Eu3+-TMA was treated with La3+and Lu3+.The addition of La3+ can enhance the fluorescence of the system by above two orders of magnitude,when its concentration is 2.0×10-4mol·L-1.In the optimum conditions,the fluorescence intensity of the system and the concentration of Eu3+ have a linear function relationship when the concentration of Eu3+ is in the range of 4.7×10-8~2.3×10-5 mol·L-1 and the limit of detection is 1.0×10-8(mol·L-1.) This system was also applied to analyzing the content of Eu(III) absorbed by rice root,stem and leave in different stages.The results show that the content of Eu(III) in rice root,stem and leave is different,and the content of Eu(III) in leave in rice parturition stages is highest.A subsidiary method has been developed for studying the metabolism of lanthanides in rice.
