亚纳米SiO2对硅溶胶壳型硬化时间的影响

【摘要】 对添加15%NH4Cl和亚纳米SiO2的硅溶胶壳型硬化时间进行实验研究。研究发现硅溶胶壳型硬化时间t随着15%NH4Cl加入量的增加而降低,随着亚纳米SiO2加入量的增加先降低后升高再降低,且15%NH4Cl加入量相同时,添加亚纳米SiO2硅溶胶壳型硬化时间相对未添加的要缩短几倍到几十倍。结果表明亚纳米SiO2具有促进硅溶胶壳型胶凝硬化的作用。

【Abstract】 The experimental study on harden time of silica sol shell molding with 15%NH4Cl and subnano-SiO2 has been done.It has been found that the harden time t of silica sol shell molding decreased with the increase of 15%NH4Cl addition v,reducing first then raising and reducing again with the increase of subnano- SiO2 addition m.Harden time of subnano- SiO2 addition silica sol shell molding shortened by several to dozens times compared with no subnano- SiO2 addition in the same addition of 15%NH4Cl.The experimental results showed subnano- SiO2 has played the role to accelerate coagulation on silica sol shell molding.
