基于低铬白口铸铁磨球脆性产生机制的生产控制方法
Production Control Method Based on Brittleness Mechanism of Low Cr White Cast Iron Grinding Balls
【摘要】 低铬白口铸铁磨球脆性是造成在生产和服役过程出现异变和失效的主要原因。本文从碳化物形态的凝固特性、组织转变特性、导热能力、制造工序和夹杂等不致密组织引起的内应力等方面详述了其过程和产生机制。以此为据,提出了生产控制方法并就作用机理展开了讨论。网状碳化物的断网和形态的显著变化是稳定和提高低铬白口铸铁磨球质量的根本途径。
【Abstract】 The process and forming mechanism of solidification feature of carbide shape,structure transform feature, heat conducting ability,working procedure and inner stress produced by inclusion etc have been expanded in detail,upon which,method of production control has been suggested and functionary mechanism been discussed.Net carbide’s noticeable shape change should be basic way of steadying and improving quality of low Cr white cast iron grinding balls.
