铝铸件凝固过程枝晶生长的相场方法模拟
Numerical Simulation of Dendrite Growth of Aluminum During Solidification Process Using Phase-Field Method
【摘要】 简介了相场方法,利用相场法对纯铝进行了数值模拟。研究了噪声和各向异性等参数对晶粒形貌的影响。计算结果表明:噪声的加入会促进二次枝晶的生长;各向异性系数对枝晶的生长有重要作用。模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。
【Abstract】 The dendrite growth in the undercooled melt of pure has been simulated by the phase-field method.The influence of the disturbing and anisotropy on dendrite growth has been investigated.The calculated results showed that the disturbing could accelerate the grow of the secondary arms and the anisotropy was important to the dendrite growth.The computed results have tallied in general with the experiment.
