客车车架模态及瞬态响应分析
Modal and transient analysis of the coach frame
【摘要】 应用Pro/E软件建立少林客车车架的三维模型,通过Ansys的专用接口导入Ansys软件中以生成有限元分析模型,并对车架进行模态分析和瞬态响应分析,求得车架的前7阶模态.在此基础上对结构进行改进,改进后的一阶固有频率为32.271 Hz,介于非簧载质量的固有频率和怠速运转频率之间.假设汽车前轮突然受到路面一冲击载荷F0=200 kN,持续时间td=1 s的作用,对改进后的车架结构进行瞬态响应分析,得到位移响应的最大值为0.125 mm.
【Abstract】 The three dimensional model of Shaolin coach chassis frame is established based on Pro/E,the finite element model is attained by introducing the Pro/E model into the Ansys through the special channel.Then the modal analysis is conducted,the first to seventh models are attained.Based on model analysis,the frame construction is improved;the first natural frequency of the improved model is 32.271 Hz,between the non-spring load natural frequency and idle speed running frequency.Given impact load 200 kN on the front wheel for 1 s,the transient analysis is conducted,the maximum displacement response is 0.125 mm.
