氯化石蜡高效复合稳定剂的研究

【摘要】 以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和甲基锡为主稳定剂、亚磷酸三苯酯和环氧大豆油为助稳定剂制备了氯化石蜡复合稳定剂,研究了各组分配比对氯化石蜡热稳定性的影响.结果表明:当复合稳定剂中乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、甲基锡、亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧大豆油的质量分数分别为72%,3%,10%,15%,复合稳定剂的添加量为氯化石蜡的0.3%时,氯化石蜡的热分解温度为133℃,比单独使用乙二醇二缩水甘油醚提高了15℃,热稳定效果较好.在此复合稳定剂中加入质量分数为1%的紫外线吸收剂UV—531和2%的抗氧剂264,两者具有一定的协同效应,可使氯化石蜡的热分解温度提高到149℃,耐紫外光稳定性提高171%.

【Abstract】 The composite stabilizer of chlorinated paraffin was made from ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether,methyl stannic,triphenyl phosphate,exoxidized soybean oil.The influences of components in the composite stabilizer for thermal stability of chlorinated paraffin were investigated.The result showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of chlorinated paraffin reached 133 ℃ by adding 0.3% composite stabilizer in which the weight percentages of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether,methyl stannic,triphenyl phosphate,exoxidized soybean oil were 72%,3%,10%,15%,respectively.It is 15 ℃ more than that of using pure ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether.The thermal decomposition temperature of chlorinated paraffin reached 149 ℃ and the UV stability was improved 171% by adding 1% UV—531 and 2% antioxidant—264.There is synergetic effect between UV—531 and antioxidant—264.
