新型氧化物光催化剂研究进展
The recent development of new type oxides photocatalysts
【摘要】 综述了ZnO,SnO2,In2O3和WO3等简单氧化物光催化材料和以TiO2为基础的复合氧化物及其他钙钛矿型复合氧化物光催化材料的研究现状,指出了半导体氧化物光催化剂的未来研究方向.
【Abstract】 The research progress in nanomaterials photocatalysts,including several types of simple oxides(such as ZnO,SnO-2,In-2O-3 and WO-3,and so on) and TiO-2-based composite oxides as well as the others perovskite oxides photocatalysts were summarized.The future trends of semiconductor oxide photocatalysts were pointed out.
