黑根霉对甾体的C11α羟基化反应
STUDIES ON THE REACTION OF STEROID C11α-HYDROXYLATION BY RHIZOPUS NIGRICAN
【摘要】 从黑根霉(Rhizopus nigricans)对16α,17α环氧黄体酮的C11α羟基化反应发酵过程曲线开始,考察了碳源、pH对黑根霉的甾体羟基化转化过程的影响.100 L发酵罐实验结果表明,采用复合碳源C(葡萄糖∶糊精为1∶1),转化率比对照提高2%.100 L发酵罐实验结果表明,氧化期(从投料开始计)调pH至4.0~5.0,转化率提高3%.
【Abstract】 The effects of carbon source and pH on C11αhydroxylation of 16α,17αepoxy4pregnene3,20-dione were studied basing on the figure of steroid C-(11)αhydroxylation by Rhizopus nigricans.The 100 L bioreactor conversion rate was increased by 2% when using complex carbon source C(glucose:dextrin=1:1).By adjusting pH to(4.0~5.0) in oxidation phase the 100 L bioreactor conversion rate was increased by 3%.
