在BLMA5-Fe2+体系中肌肽对DNA氧化损伤的保护作用
PROTECTION FUNCTIONS OF CARNOSION ON DNA OXIDANT DAMAGE INDUCED BY BLMA5-Fe2+ SYSTEM
【摘要】 以BLMA5Fe2+体系切割双链DNA产生MDA物质为基础,采用TBA法检测了肌肽对DNA氧化损伤的保护作用,同时以甘露醇、苯甲酸钠为对照,并对肌肽的抗氧化机理做了初步探讨.结果发现肌肽对DNA损伤的保护作用明显优于甘露醇和苯甲酸钠.其抗氧化曲线与L-组氨酸相似,因此推测其抗氧化性与其所含的咪唑环密切相关.
【Abstract】 DNA can be cleaved by BLMA5-Fe2+ system to produce MDA,this DNA damage can be observed by TBA reaction.The antioxidant abilities of carnosine,L-histidine,β-alanine,Mannitol and Benzoate were studied with TBA method.The protecting mechanism of carnosine in DNA oxidant damage was analyzed.The results suggested that carnosine has a better protective effect than Mannitol and Benzoate in the right system.Its antioxidant curve is similar to L-histidine,which implied that the antioxidant ability of carnosine is closely bound up with its imidazole cycle.
