半固态触变成形浇注系统基本参数的算法优化
Algorithm Optimization of Gating System Parameters of Semi-solid Alloy Thixoforming
【摘要】 由于半固态金属的充型能力很差,合理的浇注系统设计就显得尤为重要。采用流体连续性方程和修正过的伯努力方程对半固态金属触变成形浇注系统的基本参数进行优化计算。以充型时间原则和浆料前沿速度原则作为最佳设计原则,通过计算机优化得出最佳的内浇口截面积,从而确定浇注系统的基本参数,并对半固态铝合金平板件充型过程进行模拟计算。结果表明该算法具有很好的效果,为浇注系统的优化设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The design of gating system affects molten metal filling and solidification process and the final casting quality.Most of defects and reject are related to the unreasonable design.As the semi-solid metal has poor filling ability,a reasonable design of gating system is more significant.The gating system parameters of semi-solid alloy thixoforming were optimized using liquid consecutive and modified Bernoulli equation.The filling time and front velocity of the slurry were used as designing principles and the optimal section of ingate was obtained by optimizing.The thixoforming of semi-solid aluminum alloy sheet was also simulated.The results show that the algorithm has a very good effect and provides a basis for optimizing design of gating system.
