精铸型壳高温抗拉强度测定仪的研究
Study on the Measuring Meter of Tensile Strength of Precision Casting Shell at Evelvated Temperature
【摘要】 论述了精密铸造型壳材料高温强度测定的意义,介绍以抗拉强度测定为主的新型高温强度测定仪的结构、测量原理和操作方法。这种测定仪由加热部件、高温胎具、测力元件、传感器和A/D转换装置组成,并由计算机控制加载速度和显示温度。研究结果表明:由CRT显示器给出的适时载荷曲线和温度显示准确、直观,有利于发现病态数据,方便实验数据的处理,而且可以根据需要选择传感器量程和精度以满足科研机构和企业生产的使用要求。
【Abstract】 The significance of measuring high temperature strength of precision casting shell materials was firstly discussed,the configuration,measuring principle and operating method of the new instrument for measuring strength at elevated temperature was then introduced.The measuring meter is composed of heating component,high temperature model,force-measuring component,sensor and A/D conversion unit,and loading speed and temperature display is controlled by computer.The results show that the measured results of the load curve and temperature given by CRT is accurate and visible,thus it is convenient to find abnormal data and process experimental data,and the measuring range and precision can be selected to meet the requirements of scientific research institutes and enterprises.
