【摘要】 开发出的自排渣法连续脱硫装置能实现铁液连续脱硫,具有能自动排渣、脱硫效果好、设备操作简便、运行可靠、环境负荷小等优点。4年多生产实践表明:设备因脱硫引起的温降较低,约为8~13℃,内衬耐材寿命达400次以上,铁液的脱硫率可以达到85%,铁液中的硫可以达到0.010%以下。该连续脱硫技术的综合脱硫成本低于喷粉法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A continuous desulphuration equipment has been developed by authors themselves.The equipment has advantages of good desulfuring efficiency,easy and reliable operation,less environmental burden and automatic discharging slag.Four years practice has shown that using this desulphuration equipment,temperature loss from desulfuring is 8～13 ℃,service life of lining is more than 400 times,desulfuration result reaches up to 85% and sulfur in iron melts can be reduced to less than 0.010%.更多还原
