低合金钢锤头的研制与应用

【摘要】 为提高石料破碎机锤头的使用寿命,经过多次试验摸索和现场工业性试验,成功研制出价廉物美的低合金钢锤头。结合锤头含碳量较低、合金元素少的特点,对其进行阶段式复合热处理。热处理后锤头头部工作表面硬度50~55HRC,柄部硬度33~42HRC,使用寿命为锻打钢锤头的3~4倍。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the working life of stone crusher hammers, the good and cheap low-alloy steel hammers were successfully developed through a numbers of productive tests and industrial tests. According to the hammer characteristics of low contents of carbon and alloying elements, The stage heat treatment was performed on hammers. After heat treatment, the working surface hardness of the hammer head is between 50 HRC and 55 HRC and handle hardness is between 33 HRC and 42 HRC. The service life is three or four times as much as that of the forged steel hammer.
